For more than twenty years, Todd B. Weprin, Esq. has been a practicing Attorney in Florida. He is dedicated to providing services to the community he calls home. Todd specializes in areas of elder law, estate planning including wills, trusts, probate, advance directives, durable powers of attorney, Medicaid, VA and disability planning, including the preparation of wills trusts, guardianship, asset preservation planning, estate and trust administration, elder and special needs law, real estate and corporate law. He is also a leader dedicated to professional and charitable organizations in his community; Todd serves as a member on the board of directions of Congregation B’NAI Israel Endowment Fund, Inc and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Todd has been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1996. He is an expert and leader in this work, specializing as a critical resource in demanding moments. As a dedicated member of the community, Eric also spends his time as a philanthropist through organizations such as The American Parkinson’s Disease Association, Best Day Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Lymphoma Association.
